SASHA and Omowunmi Akinnifesi are not strangers to limelight.

The former, a talented female rapper, Yetunde Alabi aka Sasha, is one of the industry‘s finest.

Her blossoming artistry has set her at par with similar acts in a predominantly male province.

The accruing fame and fortune is not in the least fortuitous, having paid her dues.

The latter is however a one-time beauty queen, who is fashionably wise.

Beyond all of this, both recently graduated from the University of Lagos and that is where their similarities come to an end.

The well-versed artiste was one of the graduating students at the last convocation ceremony of the institution, where she spent five years studying for a degree in law.

Contrary to expectations, Sasha did not rank among the best in her class: The A-Class act was awarded a third class degree.

With that, it seems the showy songster‘s brilliance does not transcend penning down lyrics and delivering it with unparalleled astuteness.

However, Akinnifesi demonstrated that she is not a beauty without brains.

Not many envisaged that in between the several red carpet functions she graced, she still had time to study.

Her studious nature has however paid off as the not-so-petite former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria graduated in flying colours.

She was a few points away from bagging a first class and was consequently awarded a second class upper degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the same institution.
